Gasape SN built the Gasape app as an Ad Supported app. This service is provided by Gasape SN at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Gasape unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Gasape SN Ltd is a limited liability company, registered in the Republic of Burundi under registration number HE 256933, having its registered office at Ndamama House, Bujumbura - Burundi. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Names, Phone number, E-mail. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

We obtain your personal data mainly through any information you provide directly to us through our Website. Below is a list of ways we collect your personal data:
  1. when you visit and/or use our Website or Mobile Apps;
  2. when you complete our registration form,

  5. when you contact with us via email, post or other ways of communication.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

We will collect different categories of personal data from you depending on your level of interaction with our Website. We will limit the collection and processing of information to information necessary to achieve one or more of our legitimate purposes as identified in this privacy policy.
  1. Personal data we collect and process from Browsers
    1. Technical Data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, smart device information, mobile phone network information, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this Website;

    1. All personal data we collect from Browsers, set out in paragraph 4(a) above;
    2. Identity and Contact Data, including username or similar identifier, password and email address. We may also collect a Member's photo or video, if such is uploaded to a Member's profile;
    3. User Submitted Data, including data collected at your discretion for a specific function, for instance your username and password, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses, or any text, images, videos, blog posts, forum comments or other content or media you choose to upload on the Website;
    4. Marketing Data, including preferences in receiving marketing from us and third-parties; and
    5. Communications, including information on how and what methods we use in order to communicate with you through electronic and verbal correspondence.

    1. Technical Data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address;
    2. Identity and Contact Data, including username or similar identifier, password and email address;
    3. Financial Data, including selected Payment method and Payment Info;
    4. User Submitted Data, including data collected at your discretion for a specific function, for instance your contact information, address.
We may also collect, use and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data for the purpose of customizing our marketing efforts or the use of our Website. Aggregated data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity.
