In 2002, qualified engineer Holger Roswandowicz founded NRG-Consultants, an engineering office for high efficiency solutions. HR Energiemanagement GmbH developed from these beginnings in 2013.

In the last 19 years, the small engineering office has grown into a successful medium-sized company. Thanks to our know-how for high-efficiency solutions and the latest measurement technology, we are one of the national market leaders in this segment.
